Pact (com.ashiqdevstudio.pact) · Effective 2 August 2026
By using Pact you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Pact provides personal habit logging, optional pods, quests/rituals, List 100, coaching messages, and related features. During Closed Testing the app may change, break, or lose data without notice.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.
You retain rights to content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate Pact (including showing shared logs to your pod-mates and generating coach summaries).
Do not upload illegal content, others’ private information without permission, or material that harasses or exploits anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Pods are small groups you choose to join. Be respectful. Do not use Pact to spam, shame, or pressure others. Soft “stakes” and coach messages are self-accountability tools, not enforceable contracts.
Optional Pact Pro features may require a subscription billed through Google Play. Prices and renewals follow Google Play’s terms. Manage or cancel in Google Play’s subscription settings (or via the in-app Customer Center when available).
Pact is a productivity and reflection tool, not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. Use your own judgment.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss during testing.
We may update these terms; the effective date will change when we do. Questions during Closed Testing: contact the developer via the Play Store listing.
